Machine Room (MR) Elevators are traction elevators and require
additional space to mount
the machine room. It is located directly over the hoist way.
They are relatively economical
and the ease of installation and servicing makes it desirable or
low, mid & high rise
building.
Escalators are suitable for Hotels, Office Buildings,
Supermarkets & Airports. The step
width can vary from 600mm, 800mm & 1000mm The inclination
can be 30⁰ to 65⁰. The
alternative function includes VVVF, auto-lubrication & error
analysis.
